Bengaluru: Canara Bank has initiated the process for empaneling concurrent auditors for 557 of its branches and units. The bank is inviting applications from eligible proprietary concerns, firms, and LLPs interested in conducting concurrent or continuous audits for the period spanning from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Interested parties are required to apply exclusively through the online application portal provided by the bank. The deadline for submitting online applications is May 17, 2025. Detailed terms and conditions regarding the appointment process, fee structure, application and selection methodology, scope of audit, reporting requirements, and performance review are available for prospective applicants. The bank has also provided a list of the identified branches and units requiring concurrent audit services. Applicants are advised against sending hard copies of their applications or annexures unless specifically requested by the bank and should refrain from correspondence until the selection process is complete.

• Canara Bank invites application from the eligible / interested Proprietary Concerns / Firms / LLP for empanelment as Concurrent Auditors for conducting Concurrent / Continuous Audit in the identified 557 branches / units for the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026.
• Terms and conditions for Appointment, Fee structure, Methodology for application / selection, conducting audit / reporting and review of performance of the auditors are furnished (Click to View).
• The letter of Acceptance, undertaking letter and do’s and don’ts along with scope of audit to be sent by the selected auditors on receiving the offer letter by way of e-mail from the Bank is furnished in Annexure (Click To View)
• The list of 557 identified branches/ units with address is furnished in Annexure (Click to view).
• Eligible/ interested Propreitary Concerns / Firms / LLP, who are agreeable to the above terms & conditions, may apply online only in the application (Click to Apply), on or before 17.05.2025
• Application received through online only will be entertained and no other mode will be considered. Refer to instructions (Click to View)
• Please note that hard copies of applications / annexures should not be sent to the Bank unless called for. Bank will not entertain any correspondence/ communication from the applying firms till selection of the firms.
